The passport has to be kept by the motorcycle or car’s owner, until the motorcycle or car is returned

If motorcycle is handed back late, the renter has to pay 50 ฿ and car 300 ฿ for each hour.
ถ้าผู้เช่าคืนมอเตอร์ไซค์ช้ากว่ากำหนดต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 50 บาท สำหรับรถยนต์ 300 บาท ต่อชั่วโมง

All motorcycle and car doesn’t have insurance for accident, damage, against or injuries. The renter has to be responsible for all. In case of lose the renter has to reimburse with the normal price.
มอเตอร์ไซค์และรถยนต์ภายได้สัญญาเช่านี้ไม่มีประกันภัยสำหรับอุบัติเหตุ, สูญหาย,เสียหาย หรือบาดเจ็บ ผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบเองทั้งหมด ในกรณีสูญหาย ผู้เช่าต้องชดใช้ตามราคาที่เจ้าของร้านเรียกร้อง ถ้ารถเสียผู้เช่าจะต้องซ่อมเอง หรือให้ร้านอื่นซ่อมไม่ได้ ผู้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของทราบและเจ้าของจะเป็นผู้ซ่อมรถคันดังกล่าวเอง

The renter will not take motorcycle or car out of Mae Hong Son province.
ผู้เช่าจะไม่นำรถที่เช่าออกนอกพื้นที่จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน

If the tire goes flat, the renter is responsible for all costs.
ถ้ายางแบน ผู้เช่ารับผิดชอบเองทั้งสิ้น

The gas is to be paid and filled by the renter.
ผู้เช่าต้องเติมน้ำมันเอง

The renter has to check the motorcycle or car before taking it out of the shop.
ผู้เช่าต้องตรวจสอบสภาพรถก่อนนำออกจากร้าน

The renter will not take this motorcycle or car to use for any unlawful activity.
ผู้เช่าจะไม่นำรถที่เช่านี้ไปใช้ในธุรกิจที่ผิดกฎหมาย
